Technical service provider for the raffle
Online sales of Raffle tickets (secure payment, management of entries, electronic prize draw) are operated by GoTombola, technical service provider acting on behalf of the Organiser.

In this context, GoTombola processes participants' data (identity, e-mail address, order details) on behalf of the Organiser and in accordance with its instructions, solely for the purposes of managing entries, ticket sales and the prize draw. Details of this processing are described in the privacy policy and in Article 13 of the raffle terms and conditions.

Photo & content credits
Unless stated otherwise, the images used on this site are published with the consent of the partners and the rights holders concerned, strictly for the purposes of communication about the Pink October Raffle.
- Photographs and logos of the prizes to be won — provided by the official partners of Paris Saint-Germain featured in section “The prizes” of the site.
- Logo and lockup “PSG for Communities”, the Pink October ribbon and visual identity elements — Paris Saint-Germain.
- Partner logos from the partners wall — provided by each partner and used with their consent, as part of their partnership with the Raffle (see section “Partners”).

Intellectual property
All elements of this site (text, layout, visual identity, logos, images and code) are protected by copyright and, where applicable, trade mark law. The trade mark Paris Saint-Germain, the logo and the umbrella brand PSG for Communities, as well as the graphic elements specific to the “Pink October Raffle” operation (pink ribbon, lockup), are the exclusive property of Paris Saint-Germain and the Fonds de Dotation Paris Saint-Germain. They may not be reproduced, represented or reused, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation.
The trade marks and logos of the partners featured on this site (partners wall, prize donations) remain the exclusive property of their respective owners and are used with their consent.
Any unauthorised reproduction would constitute an infringement punishable under Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Personal data & cookies
The processing of personal data collected via this site, in particular when purchasing tickets, is described in detail in the privacy policy. The raffle's terms and conditions also set out the arrangements in Article 13, Protection of personal data.
This site (legal notice, terms and conditions, homepage) does not itself set any audience-measurement or advertising cookies. Any cookies that may be set when visiting the secure payment platform, hosted on a separate domain, are described in the privacy policy and governed by that provider's terms.

Liability
The Organiser endeavours to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information published on this site, without guarantee. It cannot be held liable for errors, omissions, interruptions or temporary unavailability of the site, in particular in the event of maintenance, failure, malfunction of networks or computer systems, or any event beyond its control.
This site is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its use falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal judiciaire de Paris (Paris Judicial Court), subject to any mandatory public-policy jurisdiction rules.
