The Fonds de Dotation Paris Saint-Germain, acting within the framework of its public-interest mission,
is organising, from 1st to 31 October 2026 a charity raffle called
"Pink October Raffle" (hereinafter the "Raffle"), in aid of the Groupe Hospitalier
AP-HP. Sorbonne Université. The Raffle is an authorised lottery within the meaning of the applicable
regulations; it is governed by these terms and conditions, filed and available online at the address of
this page for the entire duration of the operation.
Article 1 — Organiser
The Raffle is organised by the Fonds de Dotation Paris Saint-Germain (hereinafter
the "Organiser"), an endowment fund governed by French Law No. 2008-776 of 4 August 2008
on the modernisation of the economy, whose registered office is at 24 rue du Commandant
Guilbaud, 75016 Paris, registered under number SIREN 801 152 190,
represented by

The Organiser declares and collects all the funds arising from the sale of tickets; the
arrangements for paying them over to the beneficiary are set out in Article 9.
Article 2 — Beneficiary
The Groupe Hospitalier AP-HP. Sorbonne Université, which includes in particular
the Tenon AP-HP hospital and the Pitié-Salpêtrière AP-HP hospital, is the beneficiary of the
Raffle in its capacity as a public healthcare establishment: it receives all the net funds collected,
allocated to funding the supportive care described in Article 9. The beneficiary plays no part
in the organisation of the Raffle, which is the sole responsibility of the Organiser defined in
Article 1.
Article 3 — Participants
Entry to the Raffle is open to any natural person of full age residing
in metropolitan France or in the French overseas departments and regions (DROM), subject to the
exclusions below.
The following are excluded from entering the Raffle:
- natural persons who are minors;
-
employees of the Fonds de Dotation Paris Saint-Germain, of the Fondation Paris Saint-Germain, as well as
of any company or entity belonging to the Paris Saint-Germain group;
- the board members, executives and company officers of the aforementioned entities;
-
persons who have directly or indirectly taken part in the design, the organisation or the
management of the Raffle;
-
the spouses, partners under a PACS civil partnership and cohabiting partners, as well as the direct
ascendants and descendants of the persons referred to above.
Entering the Raffle constitutes unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions in their entirety.
Article 4 — Terms of entry
Entry period: the Raffle is open from
1st October 2026 at 9am to
31 October 2026 at 11.59pm, subject to the number of tickets available. No
entry is accepted outside this period.
Platform: entry is made exclusively via the site
octobrerose.psg.fr, using the
Organiser's online payment platform. Each participant may purchase one or more
tickets, each bearing an individual number. No bank card details pass through the Organiser's
website.
Ticket price: the unit price of a ticket is set at
three euros (€3). The total number of tickets offered in the
present Raffle — that is, the maximum number of numbered tickets put up for sale — is
[total number of tickets — to be confirmed; working assumption: 50,000 tickets, i.e. a
projected issue value of around €150,000]. At the time of payment, participants may add a voluntary donation on top of the price of the
ticket or tickets.
No tax benefit: the purchase of a raffle ticket is the
consideration for entry into an authorised game and does not constitute a donation giving entitlement to a tax
receipt within the meaning of articles 200 and 238 bis of the French General Tax Code. No tax receipt is
issued in respect of the purchase of a ticket. The voluntary donation referred to above, by contrast, is eligible for a
tax receipt issued by the Organiser.
Article 5 — Prizes
The Raffle offers thirty-five (35) different prizes, offered by the
partners of Paris Saint-Germain, for a total of seventy-four (74) prizes to be
won (some prizes being offered in several units, each giving rise to a
separate winner). The full, illustrated list also appears on the home page of the site, in
the "The prizes" section.

Article 6 — Prize draw and designation of the winners
The prize draw takes place at the end of the campaign, after sales close on
31 October 2026 at 11.59pm, on Monday 2 November 2026 at 10am. It is carried out
electronically, by means of a process guaranteeing equal chances for all
participants, implemented by the technical provider GoTombola. Its fairness is supervised by
a judicial officer (commissaire de justice):

The draw results in the designation of seventy-four (74) winners, one per
prize, from among the thirty-five (35) different prizes described in Article 5. Each ticket purchased
constitutes a separate and independent entry in the prize draw: one and the same participant
may, where they hold several tickets, win several prizes.
Each winner is notified by email, at the address provided when entering,
within five (5) working days following the draw. The winning numbers are also
published on the results page of the site, at
octobrerose.psg.fr/results.
Article 7 — Handing over of the prizes
The arrangements for handing over each prize (collection in person or postal dispatch) are communicated to the
winner together with the notification of their win. Postal charges, where applicable, are borne
by the Organiser. The prizes are strictly personal: they may under no circumstances be
assigned, transferred or resold to a third party.
Article 8 — Organisation costs
In accordance with the regulations applicable to authorised lotteries, the organisation costs of the
Raffle borne by the Organiser are capped at fifteen per cent (15%) of the
total amount collected from the sale of tickets. The prizes, offered free of charge by the
partners mentioned in Article 5, are not included in the calculation of this cap.
Article 9 — Use of the funds
The net proceeds generated by the sale of tickets, after deduction of the organisation costs referred to
in Article 8, are paid in full to the Groupe Hospitalier AP-HP. Sorbonne Université
(Article 2), in order to fund the supportive care activities offered to patients with
breast cancer: massages, supportive hairdressing and beauty care, cultural activities
(art therapy workshops, dance) and adapted physical activity, at the Tenon
AP-HP and Pitié-Salpêtrière AP-HP hospitals.
Article 10 — Administrative authorisations and declarations
The Raffle is the subject of an application for prior authorisation submitted to the Paris
police prefecture (préfecture de police de Paris), in accordance with the regulations applicable to lotteries. Authorisation number and

In accordance with the regulations applicable above a total amount collected of thirty thousand euros
(€30,000), the Organiser makes, where applicable, the additional declaration required
with the relevant regional public finance directorate (DRFIP).
Article 11 — Liability
The Organiser may not be held liable in the event of force majeure, within the meaning of Article 1218 of the
French Civil Code, or of any event beyond its control; it may then cancel, shorten,
extend or postpone the Raffle without any complaint being made against it. Its liability ends upon
actual delivery of the prize. It declines all liability for malfunctions of networks or
computer systems, and reserves the right to cancel all or part of the Raffle in the event of
proven fraud.
Article 12 — Filing and consultation of the terms and conditions
These terms and conditions are available online and free of charge, on this page, for
the entire duration of the Raffle. They may also be obtained in writing, upon simple request addressed to
the Organiser at the address given in Article 1. Their validation by a judicial officer
is being sought before the Raffle opens:

relating to the Raffle must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days following the
date of the prize draw; after that period, no claim will be admissible.
Article 13 — Protection of personal data
The data controller is the Fonds de Dotation Paris Saint-Germain. The data collected
(surname, first name, email address and, where applicable, postal delivery address) is processed for
the sole purposes of managing the Raffle, notifying the winners and handing over the prizes, on the legal
basis of performance of the contract entered into upon the purchase of a ticket. It is kept for the time
strictly necessary to manage the operation, then deleted within twelve (12) months.
In accordance with the GDPR and French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, each participant
has a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and
portability, which may be exercised with the Data Protection Officer:

Article 14 — Governing law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by French law. In the event of a dispute
arising in connection with the Raffle, the parties shall endeavour to reach an amicable solution. Failing
an amicable agreement, the dispute shall be brought before the Tribunal judiciaire de Paris (Paris Judicial Court).
